Yes - in tracking mode.  In fixed mode the frequencies are the same.  And if you switch between fixed and tracking mode with the RIT on you can get really confused if you look at the P3 frequency.

Are you sure?  Just checked mine (FW ver 1.09) and the RIT and XIT
calibrations are correct ... move RIT or XIT 2.00 KHz and the (red)
cursor is 2 KHz away from the green cursor.
