Hi Johnny,
I have had a lot of problems over the years trying to order things from
U.S. based stores using a foreign credit card. Most internet shops there
seem to think we are all some kind of criminal if we live outside of the
United States ;-)
One exception I have found is B&H. They have no problem with foreign
cards, even billing a foreign address, but shipping to a U.S. address.
