[Elecraft] K3 DSP Upgrade Board Question

The easiest way to tell is that the new board has a little daughter-board with low-pass
filter components on it. If both boards have them, you are already updated. If neither,
then they sent you an old board. If one does and the other doesn't, install the one that does!
