[Elecraft] T32C on 20 SSB

Not SSB, but I did work them on three bands CW with a K3/10 and random
wire . Got them all three times with just a couple of calls from here
on the east coast. I suspect they have some really ideal beach-side
antenna setups. And somebody has turned the propagation switch on.
