I have had a solar power system using enphase mini-inverters for a little over 
a year.  I haven't been terrribly active in radio over that time but did 
investigate the noise issue.  I was concerned both about the inverters 
themselves and the powerline modem.  I tuned my K2 to 10 meters on a day when 
it was very quiet and could not hear a difference between having the solar 
array active or not.  I have never noticed any noise I could attribute to the 
system. My 'shack' is on the second floor directly under the solar aray.   As 
they say, your mileage may vary, but don't think it's a serious issue.  I 
don't know much about the Enphase communication between the inverters and the 
Envoy interface.  They aren't very sharing of technical information.

Since I did the noise test I had a problem with the reliability of the power 
line modem (unrelated to the test) and have gone to a wireles connection from 
the Enphase interface box (Envoy) to my local network, but that wouldn't 
effect the communication between the inverters and the interface.
