You would need to use a 63.5 to 66.8 mm tennis ball in Europe.

Question: One presumes that you would use tennis balls and not potatoes.
Tennis balls are 2 1/2 to 2 5/8 inches and that is supposed to fit US sized
PVC pipe. If one builds a launcher in the UK using metric PVC, do you then
need to use metric tennis balls?

Thanks to all the replies, I was looking for the kit, but at £33.63, that’s
good value. I'll check they will ship to UK for that price!
