[Elecraft] bug debouncing on K2

TJ, I spent $13 on this:

It solves "all" my problems and allows me to use any of my keys with any 
of my rigs, including my tube stuff.

Made my "keying life" simpler and more consistent, predictable and 
enjoyable.  All for $13.
