[Elecraft] 4W6A Video, count the K3's ! and the 599/59 reports

Curious that signal reports comes up today. I worked 7Z1HL today and
received a 329 report. He got back a 339 report.
The county hunter folks tend to give more realistic reports on a regular
basis.
In contests they mean nothing.
