[Elecraft] Can the K3 toggle between two power levels?

I have macros programmed to PF1 and PF2 for 5W and 100W respectively.
It's as easy as setting Macro 1 to 'PC005;' and Macro 2 to 'PC100;' with
the K3 utility.
