Jacques, I do not understand why you appear to have a problem
contacting Elecraft, I have dealt with them for 10 years and not once
had any problem contacting them. My most recent exchange of e-mail
concerned ordering a KPA500 last week and I e-mailed Vicki with no
problem and spoke with her on the phone over a credit card payment
issue.

Have you tried a phone call?
