Dan,

Don't worry about getting the 4 MHz reference exactly to 4 MHz - it is 
"not necessarily so".
Use the N6KR method to set C22 accurately..  Go to my website 
www.w3fpr.com and look at the K2 Dial Calibration article to describe 
the complete sequence.
