[Elecraft] KPA 500: Does yours need time to warm up?

They are. There's nothing in the KPA500 that can cause a delay in gain
ramping up, so it *must* be in the drive from the K3. And that, as far as I
know, is always a TX Gain calibration problem.

Suggest you contact K3support (at) elecraft.com for more help. 

In your shoes, I'd try the TX gain calibration again, just to be certain :-)

Well I did the TX gain calibration.  Any other ideas?  It can take 10-15
seconds to get the full power out.  I thought solid state amps were
immediate?
