[Elecraft] K3 SSB help

Is this a new K3?

Have you made any changes to the radio since last time you used it.

I have the same setup as you, and my MIC gain is set to 17 and the CMP is
also 17.  Mine works great.

Very strange...

Do you have another mic?  Even a mic for a computer would be worth trying.
