[Elecraft] [K3] K3 preamp sufficient for K9AY?

I'm considering adding a K9AY antenna for 160m and 80m. For those of you
who are using one with the K3 do you find the K3 preamp sufficient or is
another preamp required?

My K9AY would be no more than 100ft of coax away so I wouldn't expect a lot
of additional loss.
