Run through the wattmeter and TX gain calibration steps and try again. I had 
this same problem.

My K3 is not transmitting.  When I try to transmit, the red tx light comes 
on, but there is no forward or reflected power.  I do not have any ERR 
messages.  I am using the 2.8 MHZ filter for both transmit and receive.
Any suggestions?
