[Elecraft] Incredible noise tornado on 16om

It looks like what we suffer from in the uk on the ham frequencies, OTHR or over the horizon radar.
In eu, It pops up whenever and believe it emanates Asia or Cyprus.
But in your case in CA not sure on its absolute range!!
