[Elecraft] [K3] macros for WSPR

Well, forgive me, but I'm being lazy - I haven't tried writing macros yet, but want two to set the rig for WSPR and return to my 'normal' modes.

I wish to have one to :
switch to line in (instead of rear mic)
drop pwr to 1w
drop monitor to 0 (or turn it off)
drop AF on RX1 to 0
and another to
switch to rear mic
set pwr to 100w
set monitor to 22

I'm hoping some kind sole will have such a macro or would write one, which I can use and learn from at the same time.
