[Elecraft] Weak Signal Propagation Reporter WSPR software

Hi Don,

I use WSPR sometimes when propagation is doubtful to see if it
improves or not.  Works great on this K3.  There is also a web page
that displays all WSPR receiving stations and what stations they've
copied:  http://wsprnet.org/drupal/wsprnet/map.  You can set the band
your interested in, and center the map on your own lat / long.  Very
cool site!

I like 30m WSPR the best.  YMMV.

Note: Running very low TX power levels like 2W is common with WSPR.
That's the 'WS' part!  I run 5W or less at all times.
