[Elecraft] update to KPA problem

Just to let everyone know what the problem was with 40 meters not
transmitting on the KPA 500. 
got a e-mail from Jack Brindle, W6FB Elecraft Engineering. :

How do you have the KPA500 connected to the K3? Are you using a
standard AUX cable?
I am concerned about the INHIBIT input to the KPA - that dash
indicates that the amplifier is being inhibited.
If you are using a standard cable, is it possible that you turn on the
DIGOUT1 signal on the K3? This would
disable the KPA, which is exactly what you describe.

The problem was the DIGOUT1. Went into config and turned it off. All is
working fb now.
