That's surprisingly expensive.  I got something similar over here for about 
GBP6 each.  Mine have a large diameter tube above ground and I use 2 side by 
side with a 10mm tube between them to act as a pivot.  I use the system to 
raise lightweight poles single-handed.  Brilliant device.
