Do you have "Sound card PTT" checked on the PTT tab in microHAM Router?

WSJT and JT-65HF open the sound card for output at initialization and
do not close the sound device until the program ends. Other, properly
written, software opens the sound card when generating sound and closes
the sound card when not generating sounds.

WSJT/JT-65HF are not compatible with the microHAM "Sound card PTT"
since they violate "good programming practice" <G>. I think your
problem will go away if you deselect "Sound card PTT" in microHAM
Router and make sure to use RTS on a virtual serial port for PTT
instead.
