[Elecraft] K3: How to set Split in PSK31 Data mode

Umm, Bob:
BOTH VFO's *are* in DIGITAL D/PSK31. The radio still wont
do split in PSK31 mode.
Methinks its in the intrnal PSK31 Decoder DSP functionality,
as Joe W4TV mentions.
I bet you used to be an Icom user. :)
