[Elecraft] Interface KRC2 with MK2R

MK2R+ can not regenerate Icom analog.  In that case, MK2R+ should be
used in the HEX/BCD mode or the KRC-2 connected directly to the Icom
transceivers.  If the KRC-2 is connected directly to the rig, it
could be used for BPF selection based on the band and another decoder
can be driven from MK2R+ for antenna selection (multiple/alternate
antennas per band) using the microHAM Control Protocol data from N1MM
Logger.
