[Elecraft] K3: How to set Split in PSK31 Data mode

If one is using DATA A as appropriate for PSK31 with HRD, you should
be able to invoke split.  Note *BOTH* VFOs must be in DATA A before
one can invoke split.

Split is not applicable in PSK D mode (paddle -> DATA) as that is
apparently a limitation in the DSP implementation at the present
time.
