[Elecraft] Elecraft Order Page Problems 3/25-27

The RAID server at the firm that runs our www.elecraft.com on-line web 
order system suffered a crash on last Friday, 3/25 It took though most 
of Sat., 3/26 to get it back up and running fully. While we were able to 
recover most of the orders received during that period, it is possible 
that some orders may have been lost from 3/25-6 and possibly early on 
Sunday, 3/27.

If you have received a notification of shipment, or have been contacted 
directly by someone in our sales department about your order (in 
addition to the automated order reply email), your order is OK.

If you placed an order on Friday through Sunday, 3/25, 3/26 or 3/27, and 
you have not received a notification of shipment or have not been 
contacted by our sales group, please email madelyn at elecraft.com to 
confirm that we have received your order. She will determine if you need 
to re-enter your order. Madelyn can also be called at our main phone 
number, 831-763-4211, if you prefer.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 
Fortunately this is the first time we've had a failure like this in 12 
years with this system.
