Good Evening,
Those were two tough nets. The first had good signals for the most
part but from only a few areas. The second had a lot of noise and a
couple stations interfering with us. I don't think they could hear me at
all but they were quite loud to some of the check in stations.
Seems like the folks in California are not seeing the sun while I am
gaining momentary glimpses of it. Plenty of rain falling but there are a
few breaks now and then which allow me some light. No rest from the
precipitation though since the extended forecast is for rain until at
least next Sunday. Soggy.

Hopefully next week the bands will be in better shape than they were
today. I also keep wishing for a relay station somewhere in 0 or 9 land.
My signal lands there well consistently but often I cannot work anywhere
near me. There are also a few other zones I cannot reach no matter how
good the propagation may be. Help?
Until next week stay well,
73,
Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class)
