[Elecraft] K3/P3 and Palstar Auto-tuner

Fine. But I did not say you cannot use it, I said that you cannot use it's
fully automatic features! There is also a problem if you use any type of PC
control for your radio. RS-232 is designed to operate ONE device at a time.

I have used an AT-AUTO with a K3 and Quadra amp for the last two years.
