  Mike,

What are you using to measure the resistance?  A DMM or an older VOM?  
Many older VOMs use enough voltage when measuring resistance to turn on 
semi-conductor junctions, and perhaps damage semiconductors - in other 
words, don't use that kind.

If you do not have a DMM, get one of the inexpensive ones from Harbor 
Freight if you want to "go cheap", they are adequate for the job.

If you are already using a DMM, then try reversing the leads - or take 
it out of auto-ranging and measure again.

You are mainly checking for shorts, so take note on the schematic that 
CB U6 pins 29 and 30 connect to nothing else on the Control Board, they 
do go to the RF Board connector, but if your meter is reading properly, 
and the U6 pin 29 and 30 inputs are not damaged, you should read a very 
high resistance.
