[Elecraft] K2 KSB2 Firmware 1.08B

I recently bought a non-functioning KSB2.  Along with the board the seller
supplied two U1 controllers with the latest firmware 1.08B.  I was able to
get the KSB2 working and verified that both U1s were working OK.  If anyone
would like this, I guarantee it's in working order and will ship it for $15
postpaid to any US zip code (more for international).  These currently sell
for $29 plus shipping from Elecraft:

KSB2 F/W Upgrade to 1.08          $29.00

(1.08 adds a 0.2 second VOX delay to the existing 1.0 and 0.4 second
delays.)

(1.07 added KPA100 support to version 1.04.)

Sorry but I don't know the difference between 1.08 and 1.08B.
