Hi Scott,

I apologize if you got the impression we did not believe you on the 
parts you requested. Even if in doubt, we -always- will send the parts a 
customer lists as short in a kit.

Frequently (weekly or more often) we do get emails requesting a number 
of missing parts, only to get follow up emails several days later (after 
we shipped the parts)  saying to never mind, the builder found them. In 
general when we get a multiple parts requested, we do try to question 
the requester to make sure they have looked in all the areas possible. 
Our goal is just to make sure we don't send unneeded and sometimes 
expensive parts. If we can't resolve this though, we will alsways send 
the parts.
