I can confirm this.  I bought an OCXO from them for about the same 
cost and is in use for 5-months with only 1-Hz drift compared to my 
Rubidium.  Short term stability is +/- 5xE-12, and phase noise is 
-150 dBc/Hz at 1-KHz.
