[Elecraft] KPA500 Kit Build

Thanks for the report!  I have been wondering when the reports from the first
shipments of assembled units would show up in larger numbers.  I was hoping
for lots of comments about how happy everyone is.  So at least it is good to
get the first report of success with the kit version.
