[Elecraft] K3+ Station Master

I use TX-INHIBIT on my K3 and have a webpage showing how:
http://www.kl7uw.com/TX-INHIBIT.htm

The circuit does include the FT-847 so is more complicated than you
need. Instead of the voltage regulator you apply 5v thru a 2.2 to
10K resistor directly to pin-7 on the K3 ACC jack. The Station
Master must ground pin-7 to enable transmitting. Where you obtain 5v
is an issue and it seems it should be available on one of the ACC
pins. I'm not doing that.

Hi OM,

I need some help...I have to connect my K3 to Station Master to have
the TX INIHIBIT, I have understand that have the TX INIHIBIT at pin 7
of K3 and this has to be connected to the TX INIHIBIT of Station Master.
I read page 19 of K3 Manual that says:
"An external 2.2 to 10 K pull-up resistor (to 5VDC) is required".

Well that is NOT very clear to me.....(perhaps I am to old...Hi),
could some more clever explain better how to do it or a small
schematic will be appreciated as example where is the 5VDC ???

I thank you in advance for help and assistance on interpretation..
