Yeah, I used to work inside one (rated -199 dBm).  It was used for 
testing early s-band receivers for NASA's Deep Space Network.  It 
became my workbench (usually with shielded door open).  circa 1971

Does anyone remember what a Faraday cage is?  All you have to do is 
to keep a spare transceiver in a metal box.  After the event, it will be fine.
