[Elecraft] Where is CONFIG: DUAL PB?

I keep searching the CONFIG menu and cannot find DUAL PB anywhere.  Does  
anyone know where it is hidden?

partial menu list in suspected area where DUAL PB may be found:

...
CW WGHT
DATE
DATE MD
DDS FRQ
DIGOUT1
EXT ALC
FL4 BW
...

According to the manual it should have been between DIGOUT1  & EXT ALC.

Where did it go?
