[Elecraft] Could the be the basis for the KPA-1500?

One thing that someone pointed off off list.....

By having the amplifier and power supply on one board, if the power 
supply fails catastrophically, you have a lot of very expensive RF 
components attached to a burned up PCB.  Separate PCBs would be a good idea.
