[Elecraft] KPA500 on 30 meters

My error!  Phil Salas is right of course.  I was looking across the top row 
of band selection buttons, and 30 meters is skipped, but it is on the 2nd 
row.  All the WARC bands, plus 6 meters are on the 2nd row.  I've now set my 
30 meter position to max at 200 watts.  Pretty slick!
