[Elecraft] Resistance Checks on pg. 45 (K3)

I have a functioning K3 here and also a Fluke 115, which is quite similar to the 117.

On the ohms range the meter reads OL.  On the Kohms range it reads about 4 Kohms.   

I think Don is right and it is OK to proceed.  If your reading was substantially LESS than 4 K I would be concerned.
