[Elecraft] KE7X K3 Book addition for firmware 4.39

Fred, I purchased & have the K3microman app on my IPOD touch. Often receive
updates on other apps. I have never had one on your K3microman app. Any
updates coming???

Hi Bruce,
The current plan is to post updates due to firmware changes and errata on
the ke7x.com website. 

I'm going to do some research on what software is out there that will allow
you to edit a pdf file to include the updates and changes. If anybody has
suggestions for this, I'll collate it and post it on the website.

At some point in the future I may produce another edition if there are
significant changes (or to add something like the KPA500).
