Hello Group,

Again, it is 'off-topic'

A local amateur radio club is considering setting up a 432MHz beacon.  It could be a part of the spectrum defence exercise to get back that portion of amateur radio spectrum from local telecommunication authority.

Funds available are limited in the set up of such a beacon.  Could any of you give suggestions about cost effective ways to do so?  A 5-10 watt output CW beacon will be good enough.  Antenna will not be a problem and can be bought cheaply in VR2.

Thank you in advance and excuse me for the band width here.

TNX & 73,

Johnny VR2XMC
