[Elecraft] Is this normal? Possible bug in QRQ mode

As Don has said, this is normal.

The reason why some of this is done is because the items which are
disabled in plus mode require "settling time" and are users of CPU
budget during RX/TX/RX transitions.  Blinding QSK doesn't have any
time to mess around.  There is an as yet only outlined intention on
Wayne's part to allow some very limited aspect of the disabled
functions and an automatic passage between normal and plus mode to
make things more seamless.
