[Elecraft] order form questions

The KXV3a provides the IF tap needed for a panadapter (as well as Rx Antenna
and transverter I/O).
You only need a KUSB if you require a USB to Serial Adapter. If your
computer has an RS-232 serial port (typically DB-9), you don't need a new
KUSB. You will need a "straight thru" 9-pin serial cable to connect from
your PC to the 9-pin D shell serial connector on the back of the K3.
Details and pictures of the cables are in K3 Utility Help. You can install
the K3 Utility and view its Help File ahead of time.
Your list is fine for "up and running".
I don't know what the free 144OPT100 is, either. I put together a
tentative order with a K3/100, KAT3-F, KXV3A, MH2, P3-K and didn't see a
144OPT100.
