Good Evening,
I keep hearing about warm weather and sunny skies but it is so rare
here I can count the days over 70 degrees on the fingers on one hand with
some left over. Most days this week I have had to start a fire to stay
warm. Today it got all the way up to 56 degrees. Luckily the nightly
lows are getting warmer too. Last night it was only 50 degrees instead of
in the mid 40s. It has been raining for the better part of the last three
days. I wish the dry season would get here and summer would start.

However, not all is gloomy and cold. The propagation has become
incrementally better. Enough so I could have a few longer skeds on 20
meters. The wish is for continued improvement. Maybe the sun will break
with predictions and become more active. It would be best if the solar
wind would kick into high gear and create numerous auroral displays. It
is easier to deal with auroral flutter than it is to listen to a sparsely
populated band.

If anyone is interested in acting as a relay station on either net
please email me. I will turn the net over to you for a few minutes so you
can call areas in my skip zone. It sure would prove helpful to those I
cannot reach directly.

Please join us tomorrow afternoon and evening.

1) Hail signs (first letter or two of the suffix of your call)
2) NCS help (as well as QSP/QNP <relay> help)

       Kevin. KD5ONS
