[Elecraft] OT WinKey compatible keyer

microHAM interfaces, microKEYER, CW Keyer, microKEYER II, DigiKeyer II
micro2R and MK2R/MK2R+ include K1EL WinKey integrated circuits.

The HamGadgets MasterKeyer MK-1 includes "K1EL emulation".
