[Elecraft] strange question

I seem to remermber that Prolific has a driver "Remover" on their 
website.  Try google "PL2303REMOVER".  But, first try to use 
Windows/CONTROL PANE/Add_Remove Software app, then if that doesn't work, 
go to Prolific.
