[Elecraft] [K3] AGC keeps changing (turning off) on its own?

I am running HRD but i don't see the AGC changing.  However the control panel, when i'm in the Logbook mode, shows Filter 2 and Filter 4 on the display turn on and off and sometimes both show up as active although it doesn't actually happen in the radio.
