[Elecraft] My K3 forgets where it's at on DC failure

  Nick,

A quicker way to accomplish the same thing is to do a band change, then 
change back.  The K3 stores the current frequency and mode when the band 
is changed.

The K3 does store the current frequency after it has not been changed 
for some period of time - I believe that time is 30 seconds.
