If they are just fine surface scratches I use Turtle Wax.
Take a small amount and put on a moistened cloth and polish in circular motions with 
your fingertip. Buff out with a dry cloth and examine.  Repeat until sctatches are gone.
Turtle Wax polishes out the fine scratches in plastic as long as they are just surface 
scratches and aren't to deep.
