Try Isopropyl Alcohol.  Spring for the $1.50 bottle of the 95% alcohol rather 
than the $1.00 bottle of 70% rubbing alcohol.

What do you use to clean the grease oils and grunge off of the front panels of 
old radios?  I've tried several things but they leave a residue, I was wondering 
what the community used out there.  Thank you.
