[Elecraft] Fuses in power cable

Thanks for that Phil. I bought the fuses at a swap meet for $4.50 for
a box of 12, but had to buy the inline MOT holders from MOT itself.
Will look in RV supply stores from now on.  Or at least if I ever burn
one of these 30A or 40A cartridges.
